In the southeast entrance of Warn Bay on the middle of the south side of the largest island in a group of small islands, vertically into a bare rock ledge near the high water line, 31 metres east of BM 85C9668 and 24 metres west of BM 85C9670, a bronze tablet marked "Hydrographic Service Canada BM 85C9669".
