A C.H.S. bronze tablet stamped 2-1975 set vertically in the concrete wharf in Port Elgin Harbour, Ontario. It is on the eastern wharf, 7m west from the southwest corner of the Harbourlite Restaurant and 4.9m west from the southern most steel bollard along the east wharf, 0.7 m west of east edge.
Coordinates updated October 2018 based on field sheet and Google Earth (previous position 44.446667, -81.403333). Condition updated to Destroyed based on May 2019 field data, pier likely resurfaced in 2013. |
