| Description | A CHS bronze tablet stamped 3-1960 and set in permafrost on the SW point of Inner Dumbell Bay at the entrance to Parr Inlet NWT on approximately the line bisecting the bulge 7 m from a line of drums marking the ice observation road 27 m from the high water line on the east side of the point and 25.7 m from the H.W.L. on the north side of the point.
