| Description | A permafrost BM consisting of a geodetic survey BM pipe about 1m long with a base flange embedded in the permafrost and jacketted through the active layer by a .10m dia. pipe about .6m long filled with grease to prevent frost heave. It is about 2m SE of the flag staff and thermometer screens at Isachsen weather station.<br> Established in 1960. |
