| Description | A C.H.S. bronze tablet stamped RICH 2-1982, set vertically in the concrete government dock at Richards Landing. It is 9.5m northwest of BM RICH 1, 14.3m east of the northeast corner of the nearby restaurant and north-northeast of the navigation light #1057 (List of Lights, Buoys, and Fog Signals, 1982).
