A WSC brass plug installed vertically in limestone outcrop 22 metres west of the west side of Bay St., 0.7 metres above the dock. It is 155 metres north of GSC 101-R-2 along the floating dock and 130 metres north of the Fisheries and Oceans shed on the floating dock. It is 2.7 metres north east of the bottom stair of the northern most stairs leading from Bay St. to the floating dock.
