| Description | A C.H.S. bronze tablet stamped H.S. 3 1958, set horizontally in the concrete building (Department of Marine 1931) on the west side of the Welland Ship Canal, the tablet is in the east face of the concrete foundation wall, 4.4 m south of the south edge of the front door and 46 cm below the bevelled edge of the foundation, beside lightkeeper house. Unique number changed June 2021 from 58U509 to XXU9547 to match NRCAN database. Horizontal position updated September 2018 based on description and Google Earth.
